These departments may include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls. Travel Requirements:

Although this position doesn't involve frequent trips, occasional travel may be required for attending meetings, trainings, or assisting other stores in the area.

  • Working hours for full-time and part-time employees are typically 39 to 40 hours or up to 25 hours a week, respectively, with some flexibility based on store requirements.
  • You must be available in the morning, afternoon, and evening seven days a week.
  • The job may necessitate prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or other activities, necessitating physical ability.
  • In certain stores, Greeter departments employ CSAs who are required to lift a minimum of 10 pounds on their own, though they may also lift more weight with or without help.
  • For every department apart from the Greeter departments, it is mandatory for CSAs to possess the ability to lift at least 25 pounds on their own and have the option of lifting more than 25 pounds with or without aid.

Success requires hard work, discipline, perseverance, and a willingness to learn from failures and mistakes:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A half-year's worth of familiarity with computer usage, which could involve tasks like entering data, retrieving information, making alterations, or displaying output.
