A motivated and seasoned cafe supervisor is required to become a member of our staff. You will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our cafe as the Restaurant Supervisor, ensuring that our staff is operating efficiently and that our customers receive outstanding service.

Accountable for the following:

  • Oversee and manage the cafe staff, including scheduling and training.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor sales and inventory.
  • Suggest ways to increase profitability.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared in accordance with company specifications.
  • Execute assigned tasks.

Preferential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
