Job Description

Lot Associates have the responsibility of making sure the store entrance is efficiently maintained and providing customers with assistance in loading their vehicles. Customer service skills are fundamental to the position, and direct customer interaction is frequently expected.

• The company ensures that part-time associates earn at least 2 hours of sick time per month, or 1 hour is accrued for every 40 hours worked, whichever is greater.

Qualification:

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a clean, tidy, and debris-free outdoor environment. This involves sweeping the premises, removing trash, and presenting seasonal merchandise in a neat and organized manner.
• The undertaking of gathering carts from the parking lot and returning them to the designated areas within the store or outside in a timely manner.
• Traffic flow management within the loading zone is essential to promote efficient and secure loading and unloading of merchandise. This might require coordinating with colleagues, directing traffic and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Consistent monitoring of the parking lot to identify any safety hazards or security risks that may pose a threat to customers or employees is crucial. Addressing such concerns by offering assistance or reporting anything suspicious to the authorities is recommended.
