Sr. Supply Chain Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the position is to support the Supply Chain teams by leveraging data analytics, implementing technology changes, and applying continuous improvement techniques to enhance efficiencies. The role involves collaborating with various business areas within the Supply Chain departments and other teams across Quad. This position requires onsite presence in Sussex.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards across Supply Chain departments.
• Participate in business process discussions and take ownership of assigned tasks in a small-team environment.
• Translate and simplify requirements for process changes and IT development.
• Provide detailed analysis for strategic planning.
• Perform system beta testing and provide feedback.
• Prepare business area leadership and end users for changes resulting from process improvements and software tools rollout.
• Create end-user help documentation.
• Plan and monitor implemented solutions.
• Provide 1st level support for application problems and escalate as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Operations Management, or Business Major preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• 1+ year(s) Tableau or Power BI development experience required.
• SQL and RPA development experience preferred.
