Experience leading ORMB Healthcare implementation as solution architect/technical architect for leading Healthcare Payors with experience in Fully Insured/ASO/individual business.

Full life cycle implementation experience in ORMB Healthcare including development of project scope, end-to-end revenue management and billing business requirements, preparation of functional specification document, gap analysis, product customization, interface design and development, coordination of system and user acceptance testing, and conducting trainings.

Domain knowledge and ORMB technical expertise across process areas Policy/Plan/Membership, Customer Management, Pricing, Billing, Payments, Delinquency, General Ledger/Finance in Healthcare space

Experience doing Fit Gap analysis, analyzing business requirements, and creating custom solutions in ORMB, functional/technical design documents and solution blueprints.
