Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is necessary for eligibility; technical or trade school education or a degree acquisition is desirable.
  • Candidates sought with demonstrated familiarity of the automotive aftermarket or vested interest in the DIY sector, or eagerness to expand upon rudimentary automotive know-how.
  • The fervor to satisfy customers' needs and establish enduring relationships.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced and intricate work environment.
  • An understanding of cataloging and/or inventory management systems is essential to maintain a well-organized system.
  • There are specific cases where having the physical strength to lift 60 lbs is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Capability or Passion for the Diesel, Automotive, Marine, Heavy Machinery, Farming, or Dealership Sphere.
  • Skilled in detailing and managing the overall performance of auto body technicians, from conducting quality control inspections to managing repair timelines for customers.
  • With an ASE certification and NAPA Know How training under their belt, service professionals can stand out to potential employers. This combination of skills increases their marketability within the automotive industry.
