Architectural Designer - 0-4 years Experience

PDMS Design Group is an Architecture/MEP Engineering firm with over 35 years of service providing design services for local and nationwide clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated Designer with a strong commitment to excellence to join our team, which specializes in light industrial and commercial retail projects.

Monday through Thursday are 9-hour workdays (in the office). Friday 4-hour workday (remote). Some overtime will be required depending on workload. The above work schedule may fluctuate if management deems it necessary.

AXP hours, mentoring, and A.R.E. study materials are available

Responsibilities Include:

Production of architectural construction documents in AutoCAD/Revit

Will train in duties including specifications and production of drawings as required

Ensure drawings are complete, and accurate, and deadlines are met

Coordinate with the In-house MEP team, consultants, landlords, contractors, etc.

Maintain, organize, and archive projects

Other duties as assigned

Required qualifications:

Architectural Degree or Architectural Engineering Degree

Master s degree a plus

0-4 years of experience

AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office required

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
