Job Description
The Customer Service Representative processes
customer orders received by fax, email, online or telephone in an accurate and
timely manner with attention to customer service. Provides information on
available promotions, new product upsells and product and/or service
information as requested. Performs duties while taking into consideration the
company’s commitment to our seven Core Values such as Sustainability (people,
the planet, and profit) in the planning and implementation of all actions
related to the area of responsibility.
Skills & Qualifications
• Professional and pleasant telephone soft skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to organize, prioritize and
multitask • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Must work well
individually and in a team environment • Regular, predictable attendance is an
essential function of this job • Computer literate, including entry level MS Office

Full benefits
Pay: $21 hourly
Potential to go hybrid/
remote after the initial 90 days.
